Sam has brought joy and energy to us here at POMC. She, along with her 9 week old German Shepard Riley, came with many struggles. Through and through as they both grew, they achieved their set goals, but reached for even more. "The lessons provided held realistic expectations to my inexperienced pup, as well as myself as an inexperienced trainer. The training I received from Rebecca at POMC empowered both my dog and I, and together we were conquering many challenges!" Sam hopes to use that same empowerment to teach others what she has learned, and along the way, learn even more herself.
Meet Sam's Pack
My name is Alison. I have owned Rottweilers for 26 years, trained and titled several to their AKC/UKC Championships and Grand Championships. I have been involved in conformation/obedience handling for roughly 12 years, in many venues around the US and Canada including Sieger. I have titled all of my dogs in temperament testing, obedience, rally, agility, therapy, fastcat and conformation. I enjoy spending time with our dogs and the amazing owners who trust me to pilot their dogs around the rings. To me, it is extremely important to have a properly trained/socialized animal, who is balanced and a good ambassador for their breed. We will be doing all of this and more with the foundational work! I have been training with POMC for over a year now with all of my dogs. I truly enjoy being part of a team of trainers who pride themselves on foundational work and presenting a clear expectation to our dogs. I look forward to meeting amazing people and their wonderful dogs! Most of all having FUN!
